ESCAPE ROOM WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Welcome to the adventure! Before you enter, please read and sign this waiver. It helps keep everyone safe and informed.

1. PARTICIPATION & RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that participating in an escape room involves physical and mental activities that may include confined spaces, darkness, puzzles, and surprises. I voluntarily assume all associated risks, including injury, emotional distress, or property damage.

2. HEALTH & SAFETY
I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate. I do not have any condition that may be triggered or worsened by this experience (e.g., epilepsy, claustrophobia, heart conditions). If unsure, I have consulted a medical professional.

3. BEHAVIOR AGREEMENT
I agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. No roughhousing, running, climbing, or tampering with equipment beyond game play. I understand that failure to follow safety rules may result in removal without refund.

4. AGE REQUIREMENT
Participants under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver for any participant under 18.

5. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the experience. I grant permission for the use of such media in marketing, unless I notify staff in writing prior to participation.

6. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
I acknowledge that the escape room is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby release and hold harmlessCurtain Calls Xscape, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
