I understand that I am participating in an escape experience at Quandary Escape Adventures, LLC and that participation in this activity could result in injury to the participant. I certify that I am fit to undertake this activity and do not suffer from any physical or psychological conditions that would prevent me from participating in this activity. I understand that this waiver is in force for myself and any minors I am escorting. I agree to assume full responsibility for all risks for participation in this activity. I have been informed that lasers, black lighting, strobe lighting and thematic elements may be in use during this activity. I agree that all staff or authorized agents may, in their sole discretion, determine it is unsafe for myself or others for my participation to continue, remove me from the premises by any lawful means. In such case, I agree that no refund will be given to me or my party. I further understand that the following behaviors are prohibited: climbing on or moving furniture, using force on props or locks, picking locks, writing on surfaces other than the provided white board, photography or videography inside the rooms, escapeing under the influance of drugs or alcohol, or any purposeful damage to property. I undertsand that engaging in prohibited behavior will result in the expulsion of my party from the property. In such case, I agree that no refund will be given to me or my party. I understand and agree that Releases are granted permission to authorize medical treatment, if necessary, for my child and that such action by Releasees shall be subject to the terms of this Release, Waiver, Indemnification and Agreement Not to Sue. I understand and agree that Releasees assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to my child or for any related cost which might arise out of in connection with such authorized medical treatment, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. I agree that Quandary Escape Adventures LLC has the right to photograph and/or video tape me during the escape game activity and these photos, video footage and sound materials may be used for any legitimate purpose by Quandary Escape Adventures, LLC or any of its assigns, including marketing purposes. I further agree that any information I provide may be used for marketing purposes. I agree to compensate Quandary Escape Adventures, LLC, for any damages that myself or my party may cause while on the premises of Quandary Escape Adventures, LLC. I further agree that this Release, Waiver, and Indemnification and Agreement not to sue shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. If any term or provision of this Release shall be deemed to be illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any law, then the validity of the remaining portions of the Release shall not be affected thereby. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE, WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION, AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE.
