I, the Participant, certify that I understand the terms and conditions set forth by Enter Locked Escape Rooms LLC and I will not engage in any activity that is prohibited at the Enter Locked Escape Rooms.

 I, the Participant, declare that I will not engage in any activity that may cause harm or damage to myself, the escape room, and the other participants.

I understand that no object in the room is meant to be treated with violence or force and I agree that any damage to these items will be my direct financial responsibility.

I agree that I will be held financially responsible for any missing or broken prop.

I, the Participant, understand that no phone or other electronic devices are allowed to be used in the game rooms.

I, the Participant, understand that Enter Locked Escape Rooms LLC does not assume responsibility of any health-related issues resulting from physical and mental stimuli in the room. I understand that this activity is not recommended for pregnant women, people suffering from any sort of heart conditions, hypertension, claustrophobia, epilepsy or other similar conditions. I declare the decision to participate is my sole responsibility, in spite of this recommendation.

 I, the Participant, understand that Enter Locked employees can stop the gameplay at any moment if they see violation of the game's rules.
