WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM

For purposes of the acknowledgments this form is a private instrument in which players agree to have free individual participation in the games; with knowledge and will, therefore, they are not forced to participate in them. In accordance with Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, players have the right to receive an optimum quality service and the right choose them freely, as well as accurate and non-misleading information about their content and characteristics.

Therefore, players will receive a detailed explanation with all the information regarding each game, provided by the "Game Masters" of Room Escape Ecuador. The players commit and accept to respect and strictly comply with the following:

1.       To follow the general safety guidelines: do not run, do not climb, do not climb on things, do not force the elements that are part of the company, do not break any object (if this happens, I'll assume the value), do not manipulate Camcorders, microphones or screens, do not disassemble flashlights or any other objects inside the game.

 1.       Do not take any object out of the game (flashlights, papers, among others).

 2.       Do not enter if I suffer any medical condition that includes breathing or heart problems.

 3.       I will not request refund for the purchase under any condition.

In the case of not fulfilling the aforementioned commitments, people will be responsible for bad practices in the games. In addition, I authorize the company to use any photograph, filming or recording, as long as its use is exclusively related to my participation in this escape game.

CLAIMS AND LEGAL ACTION WAIVER

By signing this form, you waive your right to initiate legal action to compensate or obtain other solution of any damage or harm to you, your friend or family during the participation in the game, now or in the future.  

In consideration of the participation of the players in Room Escape Ecuador, I, he, she or we sign below. We agree to release, indemnify and exempt Room Escape Ecuador from all responsibility, to present any lawsuit or claim of any type under no circumstances.
