Bookeo Integration Setup

Connect Bookeo and every booking automatically sends a pre-filled waiver email — no manual links, no missed customers

Connect Bookeo and every booking customer receives a waiver email after they book — with the room, date, and time already filled in. No manual link sharing, no missed customers, no extra work for your team.

What you get

  • Automatic waiver delivery — Every Bookeo booking triggers a branded waiver email to the customer.
  • Pre-filled waiver links — The room, date, and time from the booking are embedded in the link so customers don't have to select them.
  • Automatic group creation — When customers sign the waiver, they're automatically added to the matching group in Escape Kit.

Connect your account

Start the connection

Go to SettingsIntegrationsBookeo and click Connect. You'll be redirected to Bookeo to authorize Escape Kit.

Authorize in Bookeo

Approve the connection in Bookeo. You'll be redirected back to Escape Kit when it's complete.

Map products to rooms

Escape Kit fetches your Bookeo product list. For each product, select the matching Escape Kit room from the dropdown. Any product left unmapped won't trigger waiver emails.

Common Mistake: When you add a new product in Bookeo, it won't be mapped automatically. Check your product mapping whenever you add or rename products — the list refreshes each time you load the page.

Customize the waiver email

Set up the email customers receive after booking:

Email Subject
The subject line.
Email Body
The message content. A call-to-action button is automatically appended.
Button Text
Text on the call-to-action button.
Button Color
Button background color as a hex value.

Pro Tip: Include your venue's address and arrival time in the email body. Since this email goes out automatically after every booking, it doubles as your pre-visit communication.

Customize the post-submit page

After a customer completes their waiver, they see a confirmation page:

Page Header
The main heading (e.g., "All Done!").
Content Header
A secondary heading (e.g., "Thank You").
Content Text
Additional message text.

A "Copy Waiver Link" button is automatically displayed so customers can share the link with their group.

Disconnecting

To disconnect, go to your Bookeo account under Account > Applications > Escape Kit > Uninstall. There's no disconnect button in Escape Kit for Bookeo.
