Game Master Performance

Compare game master stats side by side — player count, escape rate, average time, and clues — with optional room filtering

The Game Masters view gives you a clear picture of how each team member is performing. Cards are sorted by total player count, so your busiest game masters appear first — with escape rate, timing, and clue stats that help you identify coaching opportunities and top performers.

Go to Insights in the sidebar and select the Game Masters tab.

Reading the game master cards

Each card shows:

  • Name and photo (or placeholder if no photo is set)
  • Count — Total players hosted during the period
  • Esc Rate — Escape rate percentage for their games
  • Avg Time — Average escape time
  • Avg Clues — Average clues used (hidden if no clue data)
  • Sparkline — Player count trend over the period

Cards are sorted by player count, busiest first.

Filtering by room

A room filter dropdown appears to the right of the period selector (on mobile, below it). Select a room to see stats for that room only. The default is All Rooms.

The room filter is only available in the Game Masters view — it doesn't appear on Players or Custom Fields tabs.

Pro Tip: Filter by your hardest room to see which game masters have the highest escape rate there. That game master's approach might be worth sharing with the rest of your team.

Common Mistake: All game masters at your location are shown, even those with zero games in the selected period. If a game master seems to be missing, check that they've been added under Settings > Game Masters.

Behind the Scenes: The Game Masters view aggregates game completion records grouped by assigned game master. Only completed games with a recorded result are included. The room filter narrows to games in the selected room. Game masters are sorted by total player count descending.
