Multi-Language Support
Offer your waiver in English, French, and Spanish so customers can sign in their language with localized labels, fields, and post-game emails
Serve international customers in their preferred language. Enable English, French, and/or Spanish at the location level and customers see a language selector on your waiver form. The entire waiver experience — form labels, field prompts, schedule times, and standard post-game emails — follows their choice.
Enable languages
Go to SettingsGeneral and click the Languages tab. Check the languages you want to support: English, French, and/or Spanish. At least one must be selected. Click Save.
The customer experience
When more than one language is enabled, customers see a language selector at the bottom of your waiver form before they choose a room. Selecting a language switches the entire waiver — form labels, field prompts, waiver text, and the post-submission page — into that language.
Schedule times also adapt: English uses 12-hour AM/PM format, while French and Spanish use 24-hour format.
Example: A French-speaking customer opens your waiver link, taps Français at the bottom, selects their room and time slot (now showing 24-hour times), and completes the waiver entirely in French. Their post-game email arrives in French too.
What you need to translate
Enabling a language doesn't auto-translate your content. Built-in interface elements (buttons, labels, form prompts) are localized automatically, but your custom content needs manual translation:
- Waiver text — Your legal waiver content for each language.
- Custom field labels — Labels and help text for any custom fields you've added.
- Post-submission page text — Header and content on the page customers see after signing.
- Room names — Translated room names for the room selector.
Edit each of these in their respective settings pages with the target language active.
Common Mistake: Enabling a new language adds it as an option on your waiver form immediately — but your custom content still shows in the original language until you write translations. Add translations before enabling a new language to avoid a mixed-language experience.
Behind the Scenes: When a customer completes a waiver in a specific language, that preference is stored with their record. Standard post-game emails are sent in the language they chose on the waiver, so the experience from signing to debrief stays consistent.
