Multi-Location Management
Manage multiple escape room venues from one account — switch between locations instantly with independent settings, rooms, and team permissions at each
Run multiple venues from a single Escape Kit account. Each location has its own rooms, waivers, integrations, team members, and billing — completely independent so you can tailor every venue without affecting the others. The location switcher in the sidebar lets you move between them instantly.
Switch locations
Click the location name in the sidebar. A dropdown lists every location you have access to. Click one to switch.
After switching, the page reloads to the Groups page for the selected location. Everything you see — rooms, groups, settings, integrations — now reflects the new venue.
What's independent per location
Each location operates as its own environment:
- Rooms & schedules — Each venue has its own set of rooms, game times, and schedules.
- Waivers — Separate waiver forms with their own content, fields, and branding.
- Integrations — Connect different booking platforms, marketing tools, and Facebook pages per venue.
- Team members — Each location has its own user list with independent permissions. A team member can be a Manager at one venue and Staff at another.
- Billing — Subscription and payment are handled per location.
Pro Tip: This independence means you can run completely different branding, waiver flows, and integration setups per venue — useful if your locations have different themes or target different audiences.
Add a new location
Click the location name in the sidebar, then Add location at the bottom of the dropdown. New locations are added by the Escape Kit team — email [email protected] with the details.
Common Mistake: After switching locations, check the name in the sidebar before making changes. It's easy to accidentally edit the wrong venue. If a team member can't see a location in the switcher, they need to be added as a user from that location's SettingsUsers page.
