Resova Integration Setup

Connect Resova with your API key and every booking automatically sends a pre-filled waiver email to your customers

Connect Resova and every booking customer receives a waiver email after they book — with the room, date, and time already filled in. The connection uses your Resova API key, and Escape Kit sets up the webhook automatically.

What you get

  • Automatic waiver delivery — Every Resova booking triggers a branded waiver email to the customer.
  • Pre-filled waiver links — The room, date, and time from the booking are embedded in the link so customers don't have to select them.
  • Automatic group creation — When customers sign the waiver, they're automatically added to the matching group in Escape Kit.

Connect your account

Whitelist the IP address

Go to SettingsIntegrationsResova in Escape Kit and copy the IP address shown on the page. In your Resova account, add this IP to your API whitelist so Escape Kit can communicate with Resova's API.

Enter your credentials

Go to SettingsIntegrationsResova in Escape Kit. Enter your Resova API Base URL and Resova API Key, then click Connect. Escape Kit verifies the credentials and sets up the webhook automatically.

Map items to rooms

Escape Kit fetches your Resova item list. For each item, select the matching Escape Kit room from the dropdown. Any item left unmapped won't trigger waiver emails.

Common Mistake: If you skip the IP whitelist step, the connection fails. Add the IP address shown on the integration page before connecting. Also, if you regenerate your API key in Resova, the integration disconnects automatically — re-enter the new credentials to reconnect.

Pro Tip: After connecting, create a test booking in Resova to verify the full flow — webhook fires, waiver email arrives, and the waiver link opens with the correct room pre-selected.

Customize the waiver email

Set up the email customers receive after booking:

Email Subject
The subject line.
Email Body
The message content. A call-to-action button is automatically appended.
Button Text
Text on the call-to-action button.
Button Color
Button background color as a hex value.

Customize the post-submit page

After a customer completes their waiver, they see a confirmation page:

Page Header
The main heading (e.g., "All Done!").
Content Header
A secondary heading (e.g., "Thank You").
Content Text
Additional message text.

A "Copy Waiver Link" button is automatically displayed so customers can share the link with their group.
