Xola Integration Setup

Connect Xola so waiver links appear directly in the booking flow — with bi-directional status sync between both platforms

The Xola integration presents the waiver link directly within Xola's booking flow and syncs waiver completion status back so your booking staff always know who's signed.

What you get

  • Waiver links in the booking flow — Customers see the waiver link right in Xola's booking confirmation for a streamlined experience.
  • Bi-directional sync — When a customer signs their waiver, Xola's interface updates to show the completion status so your booking staff can see it.
  • Automatic group creation — When customers sign the waiver, they're automatically added to the matching group in Escape Kit.

Pro Tip: Since the waiver link appears directly in the booking confirmation, customers can sign right away while the booking is fresh.

Connect your account

Generate an integration key

Go to SettingsIntegrationsXola and click Connect. Escape Kit generates an integration key. Copy it.

Install the Escape Kit app in Xola

In your Xola account, go to the app marketplace, find the Escape Kit app, and install it. Paste the integration key when prompted.

Map listings to rooms

In Xola, go to CRM > Digital Waivers. You'll see a waiver template for each Escape Kit room. Edit each template to select the matching Xola listing.

Common Mistake: Connecting the two systems isn't enough — you must also map your Xola listings to Escape Kit rooms in Xola's CRM > Digital Waivers section. Without mapping, waiver links won't appear in booking emails. There are no email customization settings in Escape Kit for Xola — Xola handles all waiver email delivery.

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect on the Xola integration page in Escape Kit. This removes the connection on the Escape Kit side only — to fully remove it, also uninstall the Escape Kit app from Xola.
