The Photo Library

Search every team photo your location has ever taken — find any group's photos by player name, curate shared favorites, and download in seconds

A guest emails asking for their team photo from three weekends ago. Instead of digging through old groups trying to remember which room they played, open the Photo Library, search their name, and download the shot — done in seconds. Every photo uploaded to a group lands here automatically, turning years of game nights into a searchable asset bank for guest requests, social posts, and marketing.

Browsing the library

Open Photos from the sidebar. The library shows every photo from every group at your location, organized by visit date with the newest game days first — scroll down and older days load automatically.

Each photo is labeled with its room (or event name), the team name when the group entered one, and the visit date and time, so you always know which game a shot came from.

Behind the Scenes: There's nothing to organize. Photos your team uploads to any group — from the group page or during a game — appear in the library instantly, already sorted by game day. No albums, no folders, no filing.

Finding the right photo

Click the magnifier in the page header (or press Cmd/Ctrl+F) to open the search drawer:

Player
Search by player name or email. A match returns every photo from that player's group — even shots the player isn't in — so one name finds the whole team's set.
Rooms
Tap one or more room pills to narrow to specific rooms.
Visit Date
A From/To range on the date the group played — not when the photo was uploaded.
Groups or Events
Show everything, room bookings only, or multi-room events only.
Favorites
Show everything, favorited photos only, or photos you haven't favorited yet.
Combine Filters
Match all narrows results to photos that satisfy every filter; Match any widens to photos that satisfy at least one.

The apply button shows a live count — Show 14 photos — that updates as you adjust filters, so you know what you'll get before you commit.

After applying, your filters appear as removable chips above the gallery with a result count. Click the × on any chip to drop that filter, toggle All/Any to switch how filters combine, or press Cmd/Ctrl+K to clear everything.

Example: A guest from Saturday's 7pm Cryosleep game asks for their photos. Search her name, and every photo from her group appears — open the best one, click Download, and reply to her email. No group hunting, no asking which room she played.

Viewing and downloading photos

Click any photo to open it fullscreen. Use the arrow keys (or the on-screen chevrons) to flip through photos without leaving the viewer.

Along the bottom of the viewer:

  • Favorite — Add the photo to your location's shared favorites.
  • Download — Save the photo exactly as you're viewing it.
  • Open Group — Jump to the group's page in a new tab for the full booking details.

If the room applies a branded overlay, an Overlay/Original toggle appears in the top-left corner of the viewer. Switch to Original to see the clean, un-branded shot.

Pro Tip: Download always gives you the version you're looking at. Viewing the overlay? You download the branded photo, ready to post. Switched to Original? You get the clean file — the right choice for print or press.

Curating favorites

Hover any photo and click the heart, or favorite from the fullscreen viewer. Favorites are shared across your location — when one person hearts a photo, everyone with Photo Library access sees it — so your best shots accumulate into a single curated collection instead of living in someone's camera roll.

When it's time to post, open the search drawer and filter Favorites to Favorited. Your social content is already picked: heart the standout shots as they come in during the week, and content day becomes a download session instead of a scavenger hunt.

Who can see the Photo Library

Access is controlled by the Manage photos permission. Account owners always have it, and you can grant it to anyone on your team in SettingsUsers — check Manage photos on their profile. Anyone with the permission can browse, search, favorite, and download.

See User Permissions for how location permissions work.
